Used to be known as Demon World this continent was once at the core of Locura, but is now on the surface of Triudomhan. It is land full of yokai and obaki (Japanese monsters) ruled over by King Enma and his consort, the fay Morrigan. It is divided into roughly five regions ruled by five daimyo, and is surrounded by an impossibly high wall of mountains supplemented with a magical barrier to keep the yokai in. There are two gateways into the land, one in the west and one towards the east.

Chushinchiku This is the central region of Yokaisekai, ruled over by daimyo Lien Hua, the golden dragon (and her husband prince Conchobhar, son of Enma and Morrigan). It has the most varied terrain including most of the great lake Shinzoko, deserts, forests, and a small volcano, Hiromiyama (though technically the volcano is in the Nishichiku region, but is often included because it is in the Chushinchiku Mountains). Most of it is very mountainous though. There are two major castles, Kiryushiro, the golden palace of Lady Lien Hua, and Shiro no Kizoku Kyuketsuki, the foreboding castle of the vampire lord.
Nishichiku This is the western region of Yokaisekai, ruled over by the daimyo Byakko, the white tiger. It is densely forested and includes the western gate (Nishimon) that opens out to the Hanayomebashi (bridal bridge) Islands.
Minamichiku This is the southern region of Yokaisekai, ruled over by the daimyo Suzaku, the vermillion bird. It has a hot, jungle climate, and features two volcanoes - the larger Daikazanyama and the smaller Suzakuyama which is Lord Suzaku's home - and most of the length of the Hebinaga river. The labyrinthine tunnels that lead outside Yokaiseki from the Higashimon (eastern gate) to the Great Blue are within Daikazanyama.
Higashichiku This is the eastern region of Yokaisekai, ruled over by the daimyo Seiryu, the azure dragon. It has many flowering trees in it's forests and fields as well as the great waterfall of Seiryutaki, where Lord Seiryu lives in his azure palace. This region contains the entrance of the Higashimon (eastern gate) though traffic through the gate often falls under Lord Suzaku's scrutiny and is actually controlled from afar by the Morrigan.
Kitachiku This is the northern region of Yokaiseki, ruled over by the daimyo Genbu, the black serpent/tortoise. It is mostly frozen tundra and snows pretty much all year. It has a long meandering lake, Korimizuko, at northern most end of which is the island Genbushima, where Lord Genbu has his luxurious underground home.
