Registration Office and Hall of Records
This is where you go to buy property and apply for citizenship of the town (there is no world citizenship; this citizenship gives you /your character/ the right to vote in Midtown elections). Taxes are also assessed and collected from this office, and official records maintained. The registration office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays.
