Due to the slowness in responding and lack of members the year 2012 will continue on through most or all of next year. This will probably mean a time skip of the year 2013 (it being marked as a year of peaceful building and such) and the arc previously scheduled for 2013 will be carried out in 2014 instead. Hopefully by then there will be a greater participation.

The new arc is postponed indefinitely due to the delay in getting the archives up. (It won't make any sense without the continuity.)
