Higashichiku Forests

The forests along the northern part of the Hebinaga River are more temperate, though no less dense than the jungles of the Minamichiku region. There are many flowering trees and other plants that make it seem like eternal Spring in Higashichiku. While the crops here are not quite as rich as in the Nishichiku region, or even the Minamichiku region, it is still rich enough to support a great many yokai and other creatures (some very dangerous). Many animals thrive in this area, especially the more tame varieties, and spring vegetable crops are unsurpassed. It is also the largest producer of wheat In Yokaisekai.
